1. Returns

We hope you love your Honest product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

– The item must be unused and in original condition

– It must be returned in its original packaging

– Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact page. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

– If the product is damaged upon delivery, the customer must also report the issue directly to the carrier and complete a damage report/protocol in the presence of the courier representative.

– Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless defective.

2. Warranty

All Honest bikes are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

– Frame and fork (under normal use and proper maintenance)

– Manufacturing defects in components supplied by Honest

The warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains)

– Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

– Unauthorized modifications or repairs

We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.
