3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee depending on your location and currency.
Payment must be made in full before order dispatch.
We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Hong Kong SAR and to selected international destinations.
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping method and estimated delivery time will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or courier delays. Honest Bikes Limited is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Honest Bikes Limited does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
All bicycles and components are custom-built or ordered specifically for each customer. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
We take great care in ensuring product accuracy and quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrectly supplied item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@honestbikes.cc, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a remedy in line with our legal obligations under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).
We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside these terms.
Important Notice: By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge and accept that all purchases are custom-made and non-refundable. Please review all specifications and options carefully before confirming your order.

7. Warranty

We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all bicycle framesets sold by Honest Bikes Limited. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Covered:

• Structural defects in the frameset (frame and fork) caused by faulty materials or workmanship

Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, bearings, paint, and decals)
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or impacts (e.g., crashes or transport damage)
• Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties not authorized by Honest Bikes Limited
• Corrosion, rust, paint fading, or cosmetic blemishes due to environmental exposure

Conditions:

• This warranty is valid for the original owner only and is non-transferable.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.
• Honest Bikes Limited reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of any warranty claim.
• If a valid claim is made, we will repair or replace the frameset (at our discretion). Replacement components may be of the same or equivalent model.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest Bikes Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or products purchased through it.
